About me

The wish for clarity has brought me to engineering,

the longing for depth to meditation

and the joy of genuine exchange to Gestalt Therapy.

Openness for genuine contact,

the wish for clarity,

and space for lightness and depth

are also the basis of my work with clients.

Decelerating and exploring in a friendly and open-minded way are the keys to open up new perspectives.

*) The question "Who am I really?" makes me quiet inside.

The mind is literally at a loss for words on this question - when it clearly realizes that all its ideas and descriptions do not really meet what is behind the outer appearance, and what connects all roles and experiences.

So it lets go, relaxes. Gives space to wonder, to listen, to just be.

The inner silence thus becomes self-aware: as alive, open and present. Intimately close. Unfathomably deep and wide. Inviting into itself, to abide as awareness, as vibrant stillness.
For me this silence is again and again my home and anchor, source and compass. And opens me in spirit, heart and depth.
